Chemsex slang

Chemsex (or “party and play” as it is sometimes referred to) is a slang term for sexual activity that occurs while high on drugs, usually methamphetamine, GHB, and/or crystal meth. It is often linked to the LGBTQ community and is considered a dangerous form of substance use. Chemsex is typically associated with specific locations, such as bathhouses or nightclubs.
